As with any startup, the list of things to do is endless, and Strength.com took on a huge undertaking starting a nutrition company from nothing. While the team were experts in their fields, none had experience developing a performant marketing program from scratch
36 Labs established the foundations for a successful omnichannel marketing program. We tackled everything from the creation of a shopping feed ingestible by the big platforms, establishing end-to-end attribution to understanding sales, and ensuring audiences were setup to properly slice and dice paid traffic into effective targets for a variety of messaging. Lastly we kicked the program off by acting as a performance marketing partner, sending some of the first sales through their system before turning it back over to their internal team.
Strength.com continues to thrive to this day, building on the foundations we established early on. 36 Labs continues to act as a digital marketing consultant when new challenges emerge.
